My favorite Salmon Burger-
No fillers -just Salmon!


This has been on of my Fav’s this summer!

Brush a Trader Joe’s Premium Salmon Burger with Soy Vay Teriyaki Sauce found at Trader Joes. You can make your own, but this is easier. I like this brand because it is made with fresh ingredients and has no preservatives. For added sweetness take some pineapple,brush it with the teriyaki sauce and grill with the salmon.

After you have grilled the salmon spread it with My EDAMAME HUMMUS Recipe then top with the grilled pineapple. Super yum!

You could place the salmon in a whole grain bun. I like to serve mine over a bed of mixed greens. That way I get a good dose of veggi’s in.

This meal is very nutrient dense with the clean protein form the Edamame hummus and salmon. You also get the extra bonus of Omega 3’s, antioxidants, vitamin B’s and D from the salmon. Wow! All that in one meal!
